Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 1 large green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp oil of choice
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 4 tostada shells
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Philly Cheesesteak Crunchwrap Recipe
Directions:
- Place a saute pan onto medium heat and add in the oil, followed by the peppers and onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the saute pan with the peppers and onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the meat is browned.
- Add the cooked meat and vegetable mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- Lay out a flour tortilla and place a slice of provolone in the middle. Next, add some of the meat, followed by another slice of cheese, a tostada shell, and another slice of cheese.
- Fold up the tortilla around the edges of the filling into the center.
- Place the skillet back onto medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Place on the crunchwrap and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
