My order is shipping to a country outside of the United States. Will I have to pay customs/import fees to receive my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will provide you with a confirmation number and you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order is being processed.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number. Track our order by clicking the link found in the confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipment confirmation email after placing your order.
Answer to the question
Unfortunately, we can't change any information on an existing order once it has already been processed for shipment, including details like your shipping address, billing information, item, size, or quantity. If you haven't yet received shipping confirmation, we may be able to process an address change or cancellation.
