Philly Cheesesteak Crunchwrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 large green bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp oil of choice
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
Philly Cheesesteak Crunchwrap Recipe

Directions:

  1. Place a saute pan onto medium heat and add in the oil, followed by the peppers and onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef to the saute pan with the peppers and onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the meat is browned.
  3. Add the cooked meat and vegetable mixture to a bowl and set aside.
  4. Lay out a flour tortilla and place a slice of provolone in the middle. Next, add some of the meat, followed by another slice of cheese, a tostada shell, and another slice of cheese.
  5. Fold up the tortilla around the edges of the filling into the center.
  6. Place the skillet back onto medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Place on the crunchwrap and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
